Successful Contract with Volkswagen PowerCo Marks Strong Start for Our International Business

As our international business officially launches, we are pleased to announce a successful cooperation with PowerCo, a wholly owned subsidiary of Volkswagen Group in Germany. We have signed two R&D trial manufacturing orders focusing on the development validation and small-batch production of lithium-ion and sodium-ion batteries. This collaboration marks the first time our capabilities in rapid response, custom development, flexible manufacturing, and testing analysis have been recognized by an overseas client.

Initiated earlier this year, the PowerCo project spanned nearly five months, involving multiple rounds of business discussions, technical exchanges, and price negotiations. The client presented comprehensive requirements in areas such as manufacturing, testing, and delivery assurance. Led jointly by our international business and R&D teams, and supported by production, quality, and procurement departments, the company worked in close coordination to overcome challenges including language barriers, time zone differences, and varying technical standards. With efficient teamwork and a strong sense of professionalism, the team ensured timely progress and resolution of issues, ultimately securing the project signing.

This partnership is of significant strategic importance. As the first overseas contract in our "Year One of International Trade," it not only proves our ability to deliver technical R&D services and customized solutions to global clients, but also marks a milestone breakthrough that lays a solid foundation for deeper cooperation and broader global expansion.

Building on this momentum, we will steadily advance our international business strategy, further refine our technical development and customized service capabilities, and tailor product solutions to meet the specific needs of different regional markets. With a focus on key regions such as Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia, we are committed to writing a new chapter in the global growth of our company.
